Taro Mochi Cake is a family recipe started by Karol, passed on to the generations.
Our family has been farming for many generations in beautiful Hanalei Valley on the Hawaiian Island of Kaua'i. Located on a US Fish & Wildlife Refuge, it is also home to the last remaining Hawai'i Rice Mill, Ho`opulapula Haraguchi Rice Mill, an agarian museum 501c(3) nonprofit.
Taro Mochi Cake is gluten free & cooked with farm fresh taro, coconut, rice, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, baking powder. Care instructions: Fresh is best or freeze and reheat.
Online orders will be shipped out every Wednesday. Please place your order by the prior FRIDAY before 7:00PM (HST) to ensure freshness and harvest of each shipment.
